About the Role

Improving Child and Family Arrangements (ICFA) is a service delivered on behalf of Cafcass to help families agree safe, beneficial and sustainable child arrangements
Sessions will be early evenings and weekends to suit the needs of the families with flexibility to choose your working pattern.

The Family Intervention Worker role is key in
•    Reducing barriers and resistance to agreeing arrangements
•    Promoting positive communication within families
•    Ensuring children’s wishes and feelings are heard
