We run Child contact centres through out Lincolnshire, Leicester, Nottingham and Peterborough where children of separated families can enjoy contact with one or both parents in a comfortable, neutral and safe environment, when there is no viable alternative.

Key tasks, duties and responsibilities:

1. Set up the venue and carry out health and safety checks and risk assessments
2. Meet and greet the resident and non resident parents and children
3. Facilitate and encourage positive interaction
4. Support the family with the care of the child eg nappy changing or feeding
5. Support the family’s understanding of the process
6. Provide refreshments.
7. To be aware of and adhere to policy and practice guidelines on :
    - Confidentiality
    - Health and safety
    - Child protection
    - Equality and Diversity


Hours of work: Saturday mornings - times may vary depending on location but we ask a minimum commitment of 3 hours per month.

Training: all necessary training will be provided

Expenses: Travel costs can be claimed
